Welcome to our Greek cooking class, where every dish you create is a blend of heart, passion, and joy! Here, you’ll not only follow recipes but also design your own personalized menu Choose from a selection of handmade pies, flavorful mains, vibrant dips, and fresh salads, making each dish a true reflection of your tastes.

Guided by a local foodie, you’ll learn to roll delicate phyllo and mix authentic flavors, all while exploring Greek culinary traditions tailored to your dietary needs—vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free. Join us for a culinary journey that’s uniquely yours!


 

🥧 Handmade Pies with Fresh Filo (Choose one per person)
 

We’ll show you how to make the dough from scratch, using simple ingredients and a traditional technique.

 

From there, you will roll the dough yourselves into paper-thin filo using the easy “Sunray” method (a playful shortcut).
Every pie can include caramelized onions & creamy feta, according to your taste.
